Together with Joint Venture partners ESB and Bord Gáis Energy (Centrica), dCarbonX is working on the Kestrel Project, located around 40 kilometres offshore Cork. Subject to further regulatory approvals, the Kestrel Project is focused on the proposed redevelopment of the decommissioned gas reservoirs in the offshore Kinsale Head field area for national-scale energy storage.
